Senior Commercial Excellence Manager

Our Wound & Skin Care business is on an exciting growth journey. To help deliver on this ambition, we are looking for another great talent to join our Commercial Development team in Wound & Skin Care. The Commercial Development team has a wide area of responsibility covering both Commercial Excellence and Sales Excellence.

Wound and Skin Care is a business unit within Coloplast with subsidiaries across Europe, in the US and China. At Headquarters, in Humlebæk, we are ~40 colleagues working collaboratively across all teams. Our revenue is ~2.5bnDKK and we have delivered ~9% growth for the first 6 months of this fiscal year. 

 

As Senior Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be working in an international setting with lots of interaction with global colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and commercial projects across the entire Wound & Skin Care business. Depending on the project, you are expected to be able to work both independently and lead project teams. The projects are diverse and involve stakeholders from all levels of the organization.

 

In this role you will be building your industry understanding, commercial toolbox and Coloplast network. The high exposure and many touch points of the role will naturally lead to new opportunities at the headquarters or abroad.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects such as investment cases and country strategies
  • Deliver commercial projects such as go-to-market model projects 
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources (CRM, market data, internal sales) and turn them into insights
  • Assist senior management with pressing tasks
  • Travel around 40-60 days be expected in non-Covid times

 

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you enjoy working in a matrix organization with a multitude of stakeholders. You need excellent problem-solving and communications skills, high level of cultural sensitivity and an ability to getting people to work with you. It is essential that you are able to work with people from all parts of the organization.

 

Your professional competencies

  • We believe the ideal candidate has the following competencies:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Solid analytical toolbox and commercial understanding
  • Outstanding project management skills 
  • Super user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience from either corporate/commercial development functions or management consulting
  • Master Degree, preferably in business management
  • Excellent English skills (Danish is not a requirement)
  • Power BI experience would be a plus, but not a requirement
