At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Data department. You will become part of our Data team of more than 25 specialists and near-shore consultants. Together, we deliver meaningful insights that support decisions across the entire Coloplast business. Data delivers can be analytic data products or more traditional BI as tabular models.

We work closely together, share knowledge across projects, and support each other in delivering high-quality solutions. Collaboration is a key part of how we succeed – both within the team and with stakeholders across the organization.

Bridge the gap between data and decisions

As our new senior BI developer, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end Data solutions that drive value across the business. From understanding needs to handing over tested solutions, you are part of the journey – from analysis and requirements gathering to ETL development, data warehousing, testing and final handover to our Operations team.

We work with modern cloud technology, using Azure for our data infrastructure with SQL DB and Azure Data Factory. For advanced analytics, we use Microsoft’s Data Lakehouse and Databricks.

Specifically, you will:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Plan and execute projects in collaboration with stakeholders

• Analyze, document and specify needs for new data solutions

• Develop, test and hand over reporting and analytics tools

• Oversee 1-2 nearshore developers and align on Data project delivery

You know your way around Data tools and teamwork

With your structured approach and team-oriented mindset, you contribute both technically and professionally. You understand how to turn requirements into robust Data solutions.

We also imagine that you:

• Have several years of experience as a BI developer

• Can work independently as well as in close team collaboration

• Bring strong skills in Microsoft SQL, SSAS and DAX

• Experiences with Python or PySpark can also be an advantage.

• Are comfortable planning and executing full Data projects

• Have experience with dimensional modelling
