Ambitious digital and technology agenda at the center of Coloplast’s new 5-year strategy
Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

A role that spans the business, technical teams and HQ functions
Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Digital Customer Solutions area, where we strive to deliver exceptional CRM and customer solutions with a strong emphasis on Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will own and drive initiatives from the portfolio, creating business value to stakeholders and bridging the business, technical teams and HQ functions.
You will be working in close collaboration and partnership with our Chronic Care organization ensuring the strategically important new development and enhancements of the Salesforce platform. But your role will also have a hands-on element in taking initiatives from analysis to refinement, solutioning, testing and final implementation, creating value end-to-end across platforms.
Experienced Product Owner
You have a strong commercial understanding and thrive in an environment with continuous innovation and solutioning. Also, you have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to make things happen. Furthermore, a structured, data-driven, and analytical approach will help you interpret data and transform it into concrete solutions. As a product owner, you will share customer insights with product management team and collaborate to ensure that we solve real user problems and deliver on business requirements that continually make an impact on our business goals.
Doing so, you will:
• Gather commercial CRM requirements from the markets and translate these into intuitive and descriptive user stories that add value to the end-users
• Prioritise incoming requirements and user stories based on business value for development
• Lead initiatives from our roadmap, including new product development, larger Key initiatives, smaller quick wins and process improvement initiatives.
• Create project plans in alignment with different teams and according to our agile setup
• Get an overview of resource needs and ensure allocation of resources
• Ensure user story creation with solutioning from the technical team until ready for development
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders and leadership as needed.
• Facilitate problem-solving and alignment discussions, propose solutions to decision-makers, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Build trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations.
Product owner with solid business insights and project management skills
We imagine that you bring:
• Some years of experience from a similar position as part of a larger corporation
• A strong business understanding and commercial mindset with a flair for technology
• Preferably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within e-business, IT, digital innovation, or marketing/communication, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when collaborating with commercial users and technical teams
• Some knowledge of working with Salesforce.com and/or CRM systems– this is an advantage but not a requirement, as we can teach you that too
You are fluent in English written and spoken – Danish is not a requirement
We expect this cover position to minimum end of year 2026.
