Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

Get a leadership role in a cutting-edge team     
Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our CRM and Commercial Solutions area, where we strive to deliver exceptional CRM and commercial solutions with a strong emphasis on Salesforce implementation.

 

One of your key responsibilities will be to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Salesforce solutions, with a focus on products such as Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, and OMS. Drawing on your experience, you will design end-to-end technical frameworks that align with our business capability requirements and strategic visions. 

 

Securing robust architectural designs that ensure global scalability and efficiency, you will: 

 

  • Oversee the integration of customer-facing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem 
  • Develop and promote best practices in architectural design, implementation, and operational maintenance 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical specifications and business objectives 
  • Assess and mitigate technical risks throughout the development and operational phases of projects  
  • Engage with external vendors and challenge them to ensure quality and adherence to Coloplast’s architectural standards
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and actively contribute to the agile sprint process, including review and sign-off on technical solutions 

 

Leverage your Salesforce experience and strong communication skills 
You are a proactive leader who focuses on quality and continuous improvement. With your exceptional communication skills, you can lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international environment. 

 

You most likely have a degree in computer science or engineering, or you have equivalent job experience in this field.

 

Most importantly, you bring: 

  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience (at least 5 years) with a focus on architecture and solution design, giving you a strong understanding of Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, OMS, and other Salesforce products 
  • Strong knowledge of both standard and custom APIs
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Asynchronous APEX, and data modeling 
  • Proficiency in creating system diagrams and technical architecture presentations
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, as well as with Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) processes
