If so, we are looking for proactive Project Managers to join our experienced team of dedicated and motivated commissioning colleagues in Humlebæk, Denmark.

About the department 
The team is part of Global Commissioning in Global Engineering. We are responsible for machine commissioning that supports innovation projects. You will join a team of 10+ skilled Project Managers and work with 3 Portfolio Managers within the Ostomy, Continence, Consumer, Wound & Skin Care and Bowel Management business areas. 

 

Your main tasks will be to: 

 

  • Drive execution of the machine development process from pilot concepts to high-volume production machines   
  • Ensure alignment between R&D, the Pilot and Ramp Up teams, external suppliers and the receiving manufacturing site
  • Carry out stakeholder management and provide effective communication of risks and challenges to ensure clarity and transparency 
  • Create project reliability in terms of clarifying the scope, providing overviews and robust plans, handling risks, and ensuring on-time project deliverables 
  • Be responsible for project budget and project documentation 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives 

 

Qualifications 
Your background could be one of many, but we are especially looking for a person with great experience in project management (>3years) and strong in stakeholder management reaching out to and informing the right people when required.

 

  • A solid business understanding and have excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for mutual gains and wins – always remembering to celebrate successes and learning from mistakes
  • Preferably experience within the medical device industry or a similar regulated industry
  • Technical background as manufacturing/mechanical engineer or equivalent experience is an advantage. 
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written  

 

Willingness to travel - up to 40 days per year – visiting suppliers and Coloplast sites in Denmark, Hungary, Costa Rica and soon Portugal
