Are you an agile and tech-savvy project manager who thrives in a changeable environment? And would you like to lead large cross-functional projects?

Then this position might be the next step in your career. Join Coloplast and step into the role as our new SVS (Supply Value Stream) project manager to handle improvement projects affecting our legacy business.

Here, you get great colleagues and plenty of challenges – and if you also have a keen interest in and experience with commercial projects, there is potential for taking on a more senior role as well.

Join a team of peers
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you become part of our Global Supply Value Stream (SVS) Project Management team, which is a part of Global Quality, Regulatory & Sustainability department. The international team consists of approx. 30 project managers, 15 of which are based at our HQ in Denmark.

We are each assigned to our own projects, but at the same time, we retain a supportive team spirit where we share knowledge and ideas.

“When you join us, you won’t lack support. We also have a mentor system, so that when new colleagues join us, they have a go-to person to show them the ropes,” explains Director Gitte Winkel Missel.

Handle improvement projects affecting our legacy business
As SVS project manager, your overall mission will be to maintain and optimise our legacy products. Moreover, you will need to prevent disruption of product supply to our users while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements for medical devices worldwide.

Thus, your tasks will be to:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Scope projects and take responsibility for resources, budgets and time plans
  • Manage projects modifying existing processes and products across product owners, quality, regulatory and supply chain specialists, production site colleagues, etc.
  • Ensure smooth communication and motivation among project participants and SteerCo

As the projects are global in nature, you should anticipate approximately 20 travel days per year.

Project manager with an understanding of the technical aspects
You are open-minded and agile in your management and leadership style, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Likewise, it is essential that you have strong communication and decision-making skills so that you can set a clear direction for the projects.

Ideally, you also share our belief that the road to outstanding results is much shorter when you have fun on the way.

Also, we imagine that you:
