Do you want to lead large cross-functional projects to maintain existing Coloplast products? Joining our extensive project management network in Global Quality, you will ensure that our users across the world always receive the intimate health care they need.

Welcome to Global Quality
You will join our Supply Value Stream (SVS) Project Management team of 25 project managers, working from Denmark, Hungary, and China. When changes in our material supply, legislation in the medical device industry or internal decision-making impact existing products, we are there to find new solutions and secure the continued supply of our existing products.

At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will surround yourself with 14 project manager colleagues, always sharing knowledge, ideas, and support.

Drive product improvements and facilitate collaboration
As our new project manager, your overall mission is to prevent disruption of product supply to our users and ensure that product modifications comply with internal quality standards and legal requirements for medical devices worldwide.

Your role involves running projects revolving around design/material changes, cost/risk reduction, and troubleshooting/quality, and they can last from 6 months to several years. You lead the scoping and planning, execution, and implementation phases to make sure the modified product and the related processes are qualified, validated, documented, and rolled out at the production site.

Thus, your tasks will be to:
•    Scope projects and take responsibility for resources, budgets, and time plans
•    Coordinate project activities across product owners, quality, regulatory and supply chain specialists, production site colleagues, etc.
•    Lead the project team and project participants
•    Secure that the required documentation is prepared in the execution phase
•    Present project statuses and outcomes to steering committees and management
•    Ensure smooth communication and motivation among project participants, including our production site in Hungary, which you will visit when relevant and possible

“Successful projects are a team effort. That’s why we focus on creating motivating environments within and across project groups – and having fun along the way,” says Maria Severin, Head of SVS Project Management, Global Quality.

As a project manager, you:
•    Probably have a master’s degree – preferably within engineering or a natural science
•    Have at least 2 years of project management experience from the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry
•    Preferably have experience from a production environment within the medical device industry
•    Speak and write English effortlessly and have excellent communication skills
•    Demonstrate leadership skills and can develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and levels
