Program Manager for Bowel Management, Consumer Programs

Then we offer a unique chance as Program Manager for Bowel Management in Consumer Programs. In Coloplast we support end-users with support programs, product sampling and through order and delivery services. The Consumer Programs team designs, develops and implements these programs from a global level, in close collaboration with markets at a local/ regional level. Bowel Management is one of our smaller business areas, which represents a lot of potential and has increasing focus. It is a treatment area with particular high focus on consumer programs as this is key to ensure retention and compliance. We have a strong team that you will be working closely with, supporting the growth of our Bowel Management business across departments joined by colleagues from Marketing/Pipeline and portfolio management and Evidence & Adoption.

Join Consumer Programs and become a part of Consumer Sales
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of the Consumer Sales organization (part of Commercial Operations organized in Growth). Here, you will work with Project Managers, Commercial Process Owners and Specialists from different digital teams. Together we support our consumer teams and direct entities around the world in realizing our ambitions. You will also be collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing and medical specialists from Evidence & Adoption on the content that we activate in our programs. Finally, you will be driving a close collaboration with our local subsidiaries across the world. 

Your responsibilities in maintaining and developing consumer programs for Bowel Management
As Program Manager for our Bowel Management service programs, you will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of our Coloplast Care program for our end users who use Peristeen®, Coloplast’s bowel management system. The program is a structured framework of communication touchpoints and related content, supporting users in making their lives easier. This primarily entails implementing automated e-mail flows, but also includes supporting call protocols for supporting advisors, developing new user tools, offline materials, and more. The Bowel Management program is less mature than those in other business areas, and you are expected to implement the program to new markets and take it to the next level in terms of creating new, engaging content and launching new channels. You will be responsible for engaging in an ongoing dialogue with our markets on how the program can move the needle the most. Your focus on outcomes and impact of new implementations will be essential to success in the role. 

More specifically, you will in this role: 

  • Get a unique understanding of the needs and challenges of users within Bowel Management
  • Set the strategic direction for the continuous development of the Bowel Management consumer service programs
  • Design the overall framework of communication and content
  • Create scalable service solutions that can be adapted locally to create reportable impact
  • Translate clinical insights and claims into consumer-friendly that is engaging and inspirational
  • Drive processes ensuring all content has undergone the right approvals before reaching the end user 
  • Be commercial lead in the process of setting up e-mail flows in close collaboration with our digital teams (in DK and PL)
  • Collaborate closely with different markets to implement our global concepts 
  • Collect insights from stakeholders across the organization and ongoingly evaluate local ideas 


Your professional competencies

To be successful, it is essential that you enjoy working in fast-paced environment and with a multitude of stakeholders. The Consumer Programs team is dependent on many different stakeholders across the organization, and it is therefore crucial to have excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to make things happen. You are compassionate and driven by a curiosity to understand the needs of our-users and support them on their journey. 

In addition, the below attributes improve your chance of success:

  • A Master’s degree within relevant field, e.g., business, digital/service innovation or marketing/communication
  • +3 years of experience within marketing communications, product management, engagement programs, or similar 
  • Experience with activating consumer programs or services is a plus
  • Ability to work on a strategic/conceptual level, but also getting into the details of our processes, performance numbers and project plans
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a pre-requisite.
  • Be a true team player with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have a strong eye for details and collaborate equally well with developers/digital specialists as with the business.


Travel of app. 15 days is to be expected (post COVID-19).
