Program Manager for new segments/ indications in Continence Care, Consumer Programs

Are you passionate about making a difference for end users with intimate healthcare needs? And are you motivated to empower our consumers through our patient support programs?

We offer a unique chance as a Program Manager who will develop content and potentially an independent service program for a new consumer segment in Continence Care. In Consumer Programs team, we all follow the same passion. We work hard to fully support our consumers with great support services panning from lifestyle, condition management, emotional support to sampling and ordering products, and delivering to their home. You will be part of a vibrant team that designs, develops, and implements these programs from global level. You will therefore have strong sparring with other Program Managers that individually drive service programs within Continence Care, Ostomy Care and Bowel Management. As this is a new segment/ indication, the clinical insights and research is less known, and it will be your responsibility to translate those findings into content strategy and service design. Beyond our team, you will work with many different stakeholders in HQ from Marketing, Evidence & Adoption, Branding & Design, and our markets around the world. This position will in particular involve close collaboration with Market Development in the Payers & Evidence organization, as it involves investigating the potential within new segments/ indications. 

Join Consumer Programs team and collaborate with stakeholders across Innovation & Growth
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of the Consumer Sales organization (part of Commercial Operations in the Growth organization). Here, you will work with project managers, commercial owners, and specialists from different digital teams. Together, we support our consumer teams and direct entities around the world in realizing our ambitions. You will also be closely collaborating with key stakeholders such as Marketing, and medical specialists from Evidence & Adoption to fully explore the consumer and healthcare professionals’ (HCPs) needs to develop, validate activate our service offering in the best way possible Finally, you will be driving the close collaborations with our local subsidiaries working with delivering our services to consumers around the world.

Your responsibilities in developing and implementing the new service program
As the Program Manager, you have a unique opportunity to explore a new area to synthesize the latest insights within Coloplast to build a new service program from its foundation. This includes not only strategic and commercial direction of this new service offering, but also exploration of needs and knowledge from our key external stakeholders e.g. healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. As the Program Manager, you will be tasked with an exciting opportunity to explore and define the service blueprint and implementation of this program or potentially content within the existing Continence Program. You will have a multitude of already existing materials to get inspiration from including our award-winning email flows, latest digital service offerings, call protocols for our Care Advisors on the phone, offline and online content, and more. Your focus on translating our end users’ needs and commercial strategy into actionable outcomes and impact will be essential to success in the role. Finally, you will be responsible for engaging in an ongoing dialogue with our markets on how the program can move the needle the most. 

In this role, you will more specifically:
•    Set the strategic direction for development of the new service program and/ or content for new segments/ indications
•    Design the overall framework and direction for service communication and relevant content
•    Create scalable service solutions that can be adapted locally that can result in measurable impact
•    Translate clinical insights and product-related claims into consumer-friendly content that’s engaging and inspirational, together with our stakeholders
•    Drive and keep an overview of operational processes to ensure that all content is approved and activated accordingly before reaching our consumers
•    Be the commercial lead in our service program and relevant service offering with our digital teams in both HQ and our Business Center in Poland
•    Collaborate closely with our markets to implement the service offering
•    Collect and analyze insights from stakeholders across the organization and evaluate insights from both markets and HQ for further development of our services

Your professional competencies
To be successful, it is essential that you enjoy working in fast-paced environment and with a multitude of stakeholders. The Consumer Programs team is dependent on many different stakeholders across the organization, and it is therefore crucial to have excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to make things happen. You are compassionate and driven by a curiosity to understand the needs of our-users and support them on their journey. You always focus on business impact – you enjoy being on top of the results from your responsibilities and in proactively seeking new ways to increase commercial value. Finally, it is important that you thrive in working with a certain extent of ambiguity – this is an explorative, ‘greenfield’ position where deliverables are not completely defined and may change ongoingly. 

In addition, the below attributes improve your chance of success:
·    A Master’s degree within relevant field, e.g., business, digital/service innovation or marketing/communication
·    3+ years of experience within marketing communications, service innovation, product management, engagement programs, or similar 
·    Experience with activating consumer programs or services is a plus
·    Ability to work on a strategic/conceptual level, but also getting into the details of our processes, performance numbers and project plans
·    Strong communication skills, and the ability to speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a pre-requisite.
·    Be a true team player with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
·    Have a strong eye for details and collaborate equally well with developers/digital specialists as with the business.

Travel of app. 15 days is to be expected (post COVID-19).
