Product Portfolio Support Manager, Wound and Tissue Repair Product Management team

You will join an international Product Management team of highly dedicated colleagues. Based in Humlebæk, the team is part of the Product Strategy and Development team. Together, we set the strategic direction, drive global product launches and maximise the potential of the existing WTR portfolio.
We collaborate with colleagues around the world and across organizational levels and functions, including R&D, Global Operations, Marketing and Sales.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers to ensure efficient portfolio operations across the WTR portfolio. Alongside supporting shared priorities, you will independently lead defined projects and workstreams from planning through execution and follow-up.
Your role – enabling portfolio excellence and driving projects
Your responsibilities will include:
• Act as a key point of contact for markets and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine portfolio questions and coordinating input when broader alignment is needed
• Lead defined portfolio projects and smaller workstreams independently, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, risk management and follow-up
• Support processes and system tasks
• Support MDR activities and claiming document reviews
• Own and coordinate IFU and labelling updates, ensuring alignment across relevant stakeholders and systems.
• Support quality reviews and supply chain processes
• Support internal and external events
• Drive planning and follow-ups from team meetings
Who you are
• Experience coordinating portfolio activities and independently leading projects or workstreams from initial scope through delivery and follow-up
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A passion for collaboration
• Comfortable working with complexity in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
• Experience from healthcare or medtech is an advantage
