Joining us in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will become part of the Bowel Care organisation which consists of colleagues dedicated to bringing this business area forward. You will join the Pipeline & Portfolio team, a small and ambitious team, driving innovation and portfolio performance.  Bowel Care is an area with significant unmet needs and strong growth ambitions thus you will be part of an exciting growth journey


We work with colleagues around the world and across levels and functions, including Marketing, R&D, SCM, Quality, and Payers & Evidence. Together, we set the innovation direction, drive global product launches and work to maximize the potential of our existing Bowel Care portfolio. 


Your role
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers in the team to ensure efficient portfolio operations, and support innovation projects. 


Your responsibilities will include:
•    Providing support to the team and subsidiaries 
•    Ensuring progress and act as commercial driver in lifecycle management projects (e.g. supply, quality and material change)
•    Support innovation projects on commercial deliverables
•    Support MDR activities and claiming document reviews
•    Owner of IFU and labeling updates
•    Support and drive internal and external events

 

Who you are
•    Experience in project coordination or product management support
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for collaboration
•    Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
•    Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•    Experience from medtech or pharma is an advantage
