Product Owner for Marketing Automation

We’ve created a marketing automation central – join us!
In our HQ in Humlebæk, we’ve gathered our marketing automation efforts into one team, currently consisting of a senior marketing automation manager, a senior product owner as well as a development team located in our Business Centre in Poland.

While we are a small team, we work closely with process owners, IT developers and other talented colleagues across Coloplast. 

Currently, we are rethinking reusability to make our marketing automation more scalable and are also investing a lot of effort into rethinking targeting of health care professionals versus consumers. So, now is the time to rethink everything and get creative – and we want you to take part in it.

Design and build new marketing automation solutions
You will be responsible for working with system design as well as anchoring and further development of advanced marketing automation solutions, including data routines, models and processes, access and design integration points and more. 

As part of our journey, you will also contribute to platform performance and road mapping to further optimize our marketing automation platforms, tools and processes. To do so, you will:

  • Explore and determine the needs of the business and our business partners and translate these into solution requirements
  • Work closely with marketing developers, IT and the business to define and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage development projects across IT and development teams
  • Plan and drive the implementation of new solutions in the marketing automation systems
  • Function as a trusted advisor and point of access on marketing automation to the business 
  • Hold consultancy workshops and training sessions to build a thorough understanding of the solutions throughout the organisation

Marketing automation expert with a knack for working in sprints
You are keen on the opportunity to build global, scalable and reusable solutions, and you know that it demands the ability to focus on the larger picture as well as the details. 

Stakeholder management is one of your strong suits, and you know how to develop relations that enable you to dive into detailed discussions with colleagues near and far.

You are also ready to work in agile environments and in sprints that demand certain paces in your processes. 

Apart from that, we imagine that you have:

  • Solid technical experience, possibly as a solution architect, marketing automation manager, digital manager or similar
  • Experience using marketing automation tools – it is a plus if you are familiar with Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Experience with data management – knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and are fluent in English
