Welcome to the Pipeline & Portfolio function  

At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join the passionate team Product Portfolio and Lifecycle Management (PP&LCM). Here, you will become part of an experienced team of 8 people, tasked with identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within our mature product portfolio.  

Together, we manage a large and complex portfolio of products that are all in the mature part of their life cycles. We are product experts, focused on maximising growth and profitability by identifying and delivering on new growth opportunities, ensuring the right product portfolio mix, and supporting profit optimisation and supply stability initiatives.    
Drive strategic product and portfolio management 
You will take on the responsibility for one of our mature product ranges within Ostomy Care. As product manager for this range, you will own a broad product portfolio that is available in almost all markets around the globe.  


  • Your key tasks will be to: 
  • Commercially lead range care projects, focused on driving growth in select markets and segments 
  • Identify needs for, and drive claim generation to ensure that the product range remain competitive 
  • Contribute to developing competitive product positioning, campaigns and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing 
  • Work closely with developing markets to ensure that they have the right product portfolio in place to compete successfully   
  • Act as product expert in the day-to-day management of the product range 
  • Travel approx. 10 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries around the world

Your ability to influence others is key to ensure resources and management attention to your priorities, whilst your  collaborative  style determines the progress and successful outcome of your tasks. It is important that you are comfortable with and enjoys working with data/numbers - being able to spot patterns and connect the dots.  Finally, we believe that you not only recognize yourself in, but also get inspired by our company mission and values. Finally, we see that you: 


  • Have at least three years of experience within global or strategic marketing, or from a market-oriented commercial function – experience as a product manager and/or portfolio manager is preferred  
  • Thrive in an international and dynamic environment  
  • Are fluent in English, Danish is not required 
  • Hold a commercial master’s degree or equivalent  
  • May have experience within the health care, medical device, or a similarly regulated industry
