You will join an international Product Management team with highly dedicated colleagues, and you will lead our lifecycle management portfolio. At our headquarters in Humlebæk, we are part of the Pipeline and Product Management team. Setting the strategic direction for our launched product portfolio, we drive profitable growth and ensure continuous product support through high levels of interaction across the organization and our global subsidiaries.

Balance Strategic Thinking with Execution Details
As the Product Manager for our lifecycle product portfolio, you will be the product champion responsible for a portfolio that spans multiple countries and generates a significant portion of our Advanced Wound Dressings revenue and growth. You will own the global commercial agenda for your product portfolio, ensuring a clear strategic direction and ambitious goals, while proactively identifying initiatives to maximize the value of your business.
When launching products in new markets, you will serve as the commercial lead, setting the strategic direction and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful launches.
This role will require travel of approximately 20-30 days per year to collaborate with colleagues in local markets as well as customers.
Experience in Product Management or Marketing
We are looking for a candidate who excels at prioritization and knows how to seek out vital information—whether it's understanding your portfolio or analyzing competition and market dynamics. You are a true team player, capable of working through challenges with the right stakeholders, while being sensitive to different cultures.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have
• 3+ years of product management or marketing experience, preferably in the MedTech industry.
• A master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• A proven track record in the development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, with a history of successful product launches.
• It is important that you are structured and possess a strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of national and international stakeholders, managing various processes concurrently. A pragmatic mindset, along with both strategic and operational focus, is essential. We also seek a creative thinker who can challenge conventional approaches and contribute innovative ideas.
