We are commercially driven, but our users are always at the core of what we do. Every day, we go to work to make bladder management easier for our users, and we believe that strong commercial decisions and deep user understanding go hand in hand.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and local markets to influence the direction of future opportunities in the Continence Care portfolio. The role offers:

  • High exposure to senior leadership
  • A central position in shaping the future of continence care
  • A unique opportunity to build deep business understanding
  • A strong platform to advance your career within Coloplast

This is a role for someone who enjoys working analytically and strategically, navigating complexity and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

As Product Manager, you will report to Yuri Moore, Head of Continence Care Portfolio & Life Cycle Management team.

Your portfolio will be the biggest growth contributor to our Continence Care business, and your key focus will be to enable the strong growth momentum together with your stakeholders. Being a Product Manager in the Life Cycle Management team means you will:

  • Develop competitive product positioning and value drivers and build strong claims to support marketing and sales activities.
  • Lead HQ‑driven commercial efforts for market expansions, ensuring each expansion aligns with the global portfolio strategy.

  • Travel approximately 10–20 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries and engage with partners around the world.
