Pricing & Trade Manager Region Europe (m/w/d)

Region Europe Chronic Care in Coloplast is looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Pricing & Trade manager to drive forward our exciting agenda in this area. We have an ambitious growth strategy, where pricing and trade initiatives play an increasingly important role, so we are looking to reinforce the team. In the role, you will play a key part in defining and implementing our Pricing & Trade strategy across Europe. It entails a good mix of strategic work and operational support within the countries. You will be joining a talented team and working directly with leadership teams across Region Europe and in close collaboration with our Global Pricing & Trade team in Denmark. You will be reporting to the Finance Director of Region Europe, and the position is based in Denmark.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Define and drive forward the implementation of the Region Europe Pricing and Trade Strategy
• Develop and deliver a 3-year roadmap of pricing and trade initiatives in close cooperation with our management teams in the countries
• Own and refine our regional processes for large accounts and price ambition in tight collaboration with global and country colleagues
• Provide executional pricing & trade support for our markets
• Proactively identify new pricing & trade opportunities

You come with:

• Relevant educational background, preferably within Finance or Economics
• Several years of experience working with pricing, contracting and legal frameworks, with a good understanding of the healthcare industry in Europe

• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management competences with excellent communication skills to manage different stakeholders
• Team player who thrives working cross-functionally and has a strong cultural understanding and ability to work with different countries and nationalities
• Energetic and self-driven person with a winning and positive mindset
• Fluency in English, additional major European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
