We are looking for a Junior Assistant (part-time about 16 hours/week) to support Project Portfolio Management (PPM) within the Strategy, Engagement & Execution team in DD&IT at Coloplast. In this role, you will contribute to improving project data quality, supporting governance processes, and helping prepare the organization for the launch of our new Portfolio Management tool in Summer 2026.

About the team 

You will be part of Strategy, Performance & Portfolio, the team responsible for strategy execution, performance reporting, and project portfolio governance across DD&IT. We work with colleagues across the global organization to ensure that data, processes, and governance support better decisionmaking and create impact for the business. 

You will report to the Head of Strategy, Performance & PMO. 

 

Your main responsibilities 

1. Portfolio Operations & Governance Support 

  • Process and document incoming project demand in the PPM tool 
  • Ensure data is complete, structured, and ready for governance gates and prioritization forums 
  • Prepare portfolio governance meetings with highquality data, KPIs, reports, and overviews 
  • Support intake owners on criteria, documentation, and data validation 
  • Handle ad hoc reporting beyond standard dashboards 

 

2. Data Management & Quality Assurance 

  • Perform monthly data reviews and updates in the PPM tool 
  • Collaborate with IT Project Managers, IT Business Partners and DD&IT leaders to secure data accuracy 
  • Act as a point of contact for data issues and escalate systemic problems 
  • Support the preparation for the new PPM tool (OnePlan), including foundation building and data migration preparation 

 

3. Documentation & Process Support 

  • Maintain and update training materials, process documentation, governance descriptions and Veeva documentation 
  • Support documentation of future master data models 
  • Participate in testing, documenting, and deploying the new PPM model and tool 

 

What you bring 

You are independent, structured, and enjoy working with both data and people. You understand the importance of quality, clarity, and process discipline. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree 
    (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, IT & Cognition, Digital Innovation, Engineering, Business Admin or similar) 
  • Minimum one year left of your studies 
  • Experience or interest in data handling, reporting, or process-oriented work 
  • Fluency in English (oral & written) 
  • Strong skills in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage 
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and governance models 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically
