Do you want to work closely with senior management in a global organisation where your structure, communication skills, and proactive mindset truly make a difference? Are you looking for a central role where you are empowered to take initiative, collaborate across functions, and help shape how a global organisation operates?

Join Coloplast at our headquarters in Humlebæk and become a trusted sparring partner to the Senior Vice President of Global QA, RA & Sustainability (GQRAS), Camilla Hjort Pagh. GQRAS is part of Global Operations, and you will play a key role in supporting leadership excellence across this broader organisation.

A Meaningful Role in a Purpose-Driven Global Organisation
You will join an organisation dedicated to making life easier for people living with intimate health conditions. In GQRAS, we ensure patient safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainable impact — and your role directly supports these efforts by enabling smooth operations, strong communication, and effective management coordination.

Deliver Executive Support in an International Environment
Your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality administrative and executive support to our Senior Vice President and the GQRAS Management Team. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across global functions and be part of an established network of PAs across the Coloplast organisation.

Serving as the primary coordination point for the SVP, you will:

•    Provide full administrative support, including calendar management & email handling.
•    Organise international travel, visas, accommodation and itineraries, and reconcile travel related expenses.
•    Approve GQRAS invoices in Alusta in accordance with delegated authority.
•    Assist in creating high quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, internal communication, and strategic initiatives.
•    Draft announcements, newsletters and communication material aligned with the SVP’s tone and priorities.
•    Plan and coordinate key GQRAS meetings, including weekly Go to Gemba sessions, bi-annual global management conference, workshops, offsites and social events.
•    Coordinate onboarding activities, welcome communication and information updates for new employees.
•    Liaise with internal stakeholders across global functions, ensuring clarity and progress across initiatives. This includes being an active member of Coloplast’s PA Network, supporting improvements in admin workflows.
•    Maintain organisation charts, mailing groups and internal platforms (Connect, SharePoint, Teams).

Work Closely with the PA to the EVP of Global Operations
As part of your role, you will work closely with the Personal Assistant to the EVP, Global Operations, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership levels. You will also support simplifying routine administrative processes across the Global Operations Management Team, helping to create more efficient, aligned ways of working.

Proactive, detail oriented and collaborative
You thrive in a dynamic international environment where structure, forward thinking, and effective communication are essential. With a natural ability to anticipate needs, you deliver reliable, seamless support while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. You build strong relationships across teams and time zones and enjoy contributing to a collaborative culture rooted in trust and respect.

What you bring
•    Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a global or corporate setting.
•    Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently.
•    Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
•    Experience with Concur, Alusta and digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
•    Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
•    A high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability.
