People Performance & Engagement Specialist

As a People Performance & Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our leadership practices and driving employee engagement across our global organization.
Team and Role Overview
You are joining the Leadership & Learning Team as a Specialist at an exciting time. We are a newly established team consisting of five highly skilled and dedicated colleagues, curious about how we might increase the impact of our current practices. This also includes revamping our Employee Engagement and People Performance Management processes. Your responsibility is to drive the continued development and embedding of both practices.
Focus and Collaboration
Your focus will be on making it simple for leaders to use and apply relevant tools and practices as part of their everyday leadership. This also includes collaborating closely with colleagues in HRIT to ensure Success Factors enables our processes. (add success criteria here - Success criteria of the role will help alignment in the job offer, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the transition to a new Employee Engagement Survey platform (including training and global rollout), ensuring its successful implementation and global rollout.

Own, anchor, and develop our dialogue tools supporting People Performance Management.

Own, anchor, and develop our employee engagement process and dialogue tools in leadership practices.

Critically important for both People Performance Management and Employee Engagement is that you will develop, implement and rollout the solution – and just as important, be able to run the global process continuously.

Work closely with global and local People & Culture colleagues and leaders to embed leadership practices and identify areas for focused leadership development efforts.

Support projects related to leadership development, including change management, high-performing teams, and learning initiatives.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in organizational development teams or as a consultant.

Experience with employee engagement and people performance management.
-
Experience in creating and implementing frameworks and concepts.
-
Experience with IT enablement of processes (we use Success Factors).

Project management experience.

Fluent in English.
Additional Preferences

Experience in global organizations is preferred.

Ability to translate needs and respond with simple solutions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A keen desire to build and grow your toolbox within organizational development.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to Ida Munk Larsen, you will become a part of the Global Talent & Organizational Development team and work closely with experts defining our global approaches to Talent, Leadership, Learning, and Culture.
