This is your chance to join the People & Culture (P&C) team enabling Global Operations in our Headquarters (HQ) as well as the broader P&C community. 
 
Global Operations in HQ takes care of a variety of crucial functions to produce products that help improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs. As People Partner you will take lead on the people agenda for;

  • Quality, Regulatory and Sustainability
  • Global Engineering as well as a part of our R&D organisation

Join the People & Culture team enabling Global Operations in Coloplast
As people partners, we work as trusted advisors and change agents to leaders at all levels in the organisation. We ensure that our people cycle is managed seamlessly and through data and organisational understanding we provide insights into development, organisational design, and people performance. You will be part of a wide community not only in Denmark, and across business units but also internationally where you will be working with great colleagues at our manufacturing sites in Hungary, China, Costa Rica and soon also Portugal.

The role of the People Partner for Global Operations in HQ
You will be the “go-to-person” and owner of all people & culture related elements across several functions in Global Operations.
 
Your area of responsibility will be to:  

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to your management teams through both strategy development and day-to-day support 
  • Function as a change agent, supporting managers with change management processes involved in the rollout of new initiatives both in Global Operations and across our headquarters.
  • Enable leaders and leadership through individual coaching and team development
  • Participate in driving the Danish People Partnering community in our journey towards constantly securing high quality business partnering. 
  • Manage people cycle processes, e.g. onboarding of managers and driving performance and development processes as well as people surveys and results
  • Engage in and drive functionally specific people development activities such as organisational reviews and development activities
     

Collaborative profile with broad global experience
You have the skills and mindset to work collaboratively across multiple functions, and know how to interact with people across levels, functions, and educational backgrounds.
 
Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant educational background
  • Have solid experience from having worked as a People Partner in a global setting 
  • Have work experience with different HR disciplines 
  • Are comfortable using data & insights to guide business decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Experience from working with manufacturing is an advantage but not a prerequisite
     

On a personal level, you balance being pragmatic, having a high drive and being reflective and supportive. You are grounded in your personal values, speak your mind, and can stand your ground when needed. You are also curious and eager to learn how our businesses operate both locally and globally.
You can communicate in a clear and efficient way, also when dealing with complex challenges and possess a solid sense of judgement towards what adds value to the business. You manage challenges with a smile, and a can-do-attitude.
