Payroll Manager

Would you like to develop, implement and administer payroll processes?


In this position you will take part of the overall responsibility of the payroll administration at Coloplast. There will be opportunities to ensure optimal and efficient processes in addition to leading smaller projects to further develop the payroll function. 


The team handles pay for over 1,400 colleagues
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will become a part of our HR Operations team. The team consists of colleagues dedicated to a wide range of responsibilities such as legal advice, contracts as well as salary and benefits.

Payroll administration has been outsourced for many years at Coloplast. We are now pulling it back into the organisation and to be equipped for this, we need someone interested in playing a pivotal part in the transition with the focus on ensuring seamless monthly payroll cycles together with the team. In addition to helping secure the in-house set up, the position will overall be responsible to:


  • Ensure we have an updated and efficient payroll administration
  • Communicate with our employees, managers and union representatives on payroll matters
  • Collaborate with our Global HR Support team (based in Poland)
  • Ensure that relevant information, such as articles and forms, is available online
  • Ensure payroll handling is in line with local legal regulatory changes


Payroll manager with a heart for teamwork
Equally important, you have to be comfortable in working independently and collaborating with others. In fact, you like the idea of involving your colleagues when it comes to making decisions on future payroll processes just as you are ready to give a helping hand if your colleagues need it. You also have a certain drive and ambition when it comes to further developing and optimising a payroll setup.


Furthermore, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience with payroll, time registration, collective agreements, bookkeeping, reconciliation and Danish tax legislation
  • Experience with payroll for employees from abroad and knowledge of 48e, 53a and tax-split calculations
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English – both written and spoken
  • Solid knowledge of various payroll and time registration systems – it is an advantage if you have knowledge of LessorLøn (previously Lessor5), Lessor-SP Tid and SuccessFactors Employee Central
