PMO Manager 

Would you like to be in the middle of all new product development in Coloplast? Are you motivated by working with portfolio management, the project management discipline and capability maturing? Can you balance large amounts of information and communicate it to management in a simple and structured way? Then you may be our new PMO Manager in R&D.

Coloplast has recently organized around innovation to take our product development efforts to the next level. Part of this involves strengthening organizational wide processes across R&D, Commercial function & production. As PMO Manager you will get to play a big role in this journey and work closely with the Senior PM, leading this change initiative. 

The team consists of 4-5 highly engaged colleagues and sits in the R&D organization employing approx. 400 people worldwide. As a successful PMO Manager you will have the responsibility of defining and facilitating key processes such periodic risk reviews of our pipeline of projects, best practice gathering and define new standards for project management. 

The PMO also acts a stab function for the SVP of R&D, supporting with ad.hoc. business analytics, improvement initiatives on behalf of the leadership and preparing material to executive management & BoD. You will report to the Director of PMO and the position is based in Humlebæk, starting as soon as possible.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Facilitating portfolio processes & workshops 
  • Driving improvement initiatives within project management
  • Evolving our Portfolio Management platform based on Project Online & Power BI
  • Supporting to the PMs on a daily with new tools and information
  • Providing project and portfolio insights to the management team on ad hoc basis


Your qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience from working with project management processes
  • Strong skills with Excel (ideally experience with PowerBI), Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
  • Relevant educational background on Master’s level and 3+ years of experience from a project office, consultancy or related function.
