In IT Digital Services we drive initiatives for online, app and cloud platforms

Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of our Digital Services team which is part of Global IT. Here you will gain 8 passionate colleagues who are technically responsible for both new development and ongoing maintenance of the Coloplast customer facing websites (70+), mobile apps and cloud services.

Take ownership of our mobile app solutions

As the Mobile App Specialist you will be in the forefront of designing, developing and maintaining our future digital services around mobile apps that makes a difference for the Coloplast consumers and healthcare professionals. You will team up with our Mobile Apps Solution Owner and oversee the entire mobile app development process from initial specifications through design and testing to implementation and documentation.

You will work closely with product owners to come up with solution designs and act as technical sounding board for the business when new mobile apps are to be developed.  Likewise, you cooperate with the team’s cloud architect and our ecommerce specialists to come up with solutions that meet both consumers’  and business needs.  We have outsourced the actual app development to external partners, so you will be in charge of setting the technical corner flags and quality expectations .


More specifically, you will: 

  • Plan and execute mobile app development in cooperation with agile teams
  • Coordinate and guide external app development partners
  • Provide technical guidance for business colleagues on all digital initiatives involving mobile experiences
  • Expected to take part in designing processes covering test automation in Azure DevOps and Azure App Center
  • Implement automation throughout the mobile app delivery and support chain
  • Ensure best practice adoption and adherence to app solution design principles


You know mobile platform development
Your strong communication skills are the key to breaking down complex business requirements, translating them into technical designs and communicating these to developers. Likewise, putting these skills into play in your interaction with the business, you navigate easily at all levels. Working with connected products, it is also important that you know the importance of the user experience.


Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience with mobile app solution design and development on iOS/Android with a cloud backend
  • Have experience with SCRUM/Agile development, and if you have worked with software development in regulated industries, this is an added bonus
  • Have broad knowledge of mobile development frameworks and technologies, infrastructure e.g. (Azure) cloud, app/API monitoring, security, identity & access management
  • Have worked with test automation and DevOps practices, translation & localisation management, performance monitoring, etc.
  • Are curious – both to learn about new technologies AND to learn about the Coloplast business
  • Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage
