As Evidence generation and dissemination continues to grow as a strategic priority, we are expanding our Global Medical Affairs team with a new Medical Affairs Specialist based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark.

You will join a team of 16 highly skilled and motivated Medical Affairs colleagues with diverse backgrounds. We work in agile sub teams supporting therapy areas across Chronic Care, and we contribute throughout the full product lifecycle—from early-stage R&D innovation to product launch and post launch evidence generation

Your responsibilities
As a Medical Affairs Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and communicating the clinical and scientific foundations to improve standard of care. Your tasks include:
•    Driving key opinion leader engagement, including preparation and execution of advisory boards and clinical projects with the board
•    Contributing to publication planning and scientific communication
•    Supporting clinical strategy development and interpretation of data
•    Be the go-to person -and trusted sparring partner for colleagues in driving commercial initiatives
•    Preparing medical input for product launch readiness
•    Reviewing and approving promotional and scientific materials in line with compliance requirements

 

What you bring
To be successful in this role, you have:
•    A Master’s degree or PhD within healthcare or life sciences
•    2–3 years of industry experience, preferably within medical affairs, clinical development, or a related function
•    Experience with one or more of the following areas (an advantage, not a requirement): 
KOL engagement and advisory board activities
o    Evidence and data dissemination
o    Product launch preparation
o    Review and approval of promotional materials
In addition, you are:
•    Self driven with a structured and detail oriented approach
•    Collaborative and accountable
•    A clear and confident communicator in written and spoken English
•    Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross functional environment
