Marketing Manager, Bowel Care – Drive marketing activities for a growing business with a strong purpose

Joining us in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of the Bowel Care organisation which consists of colleagues dedicated to bringing this business area forward. Here, we have all competencies gathered – from marketing professionals and product managers to colleagues with various clinical backgrounds.

 

We are – among other things – responsible for all our communication and marketing initiatives across all channels, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate health care needs.

 

You make a meaningful impact on our marketing campaigns

By joining this team, you will be part of an exciting growth journey as you help set the direction for the marketing of new product launches and support our legacy portfolio with the health care professionals’ and end users’ needs in mind.

 

Your tasks will be to:

 

  • Be responsible for marketing and prepare launches of new products and assets in the Bowel Care portfolio
  • Lead global campaigns and growth initiatives, ensuring a clear commercial impact
  • Work closely together with all our different subsidiaries to prepare them for new product launches, marketing campaigns, support etc.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments in HQ, the rest of the Bowel Care organisation, different external marketing agencies, and all the markets
  • Track launch performance and campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the continuous improvement of activities
  • Drive disease and treatment awareness agenda within bowel dysfunction and transanal irrigation
  • Administer budgets as well as work with forecasts and sales analyses

 

In addition, you will participate in congresses and act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, which will take you travelling about 5-10 days per year.

 

A structured and creative marketing professional

As you will develop global marketing campaigns and material, you will need great project management skills, collaboration and communication skills as well as a strong business understanding.

 

But just as important, you will need all your creativity and structure to deliver new and outstanding campaigns and support on product launches.

 

Moreover, we imagine that you:  

 

  • Have 4+ years of marketing or commercial experience within med-tech, medical devices or the pharma industry
  • Hold a master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication or equivalent
  • Have a strong marketing toolbox and a good understanding and experience in both HCP and consumer marketing
  • Can demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation with our local subsidiaries and HQ departments
  • Possess strong on- and off-line marketing competencies as well as business acumen
  • Are fluent in English and have the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team
