Market Access Manager - Where Health Economics Creates Real World Impact

As Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in improving reimbursement conditions and access to medical supplies within Stoma Care and Voice & Respiratory Care across selected subsidiaries and distributor markets. Your work will directly influence the quality of life for people with chronic conditions while giving you exposure to diverse healthcare systems and a broad international network.


Be Part of a Focused, Growing Team
You will join a newly established team within Payers & Evidence in the Chronic Care Commercial division at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark. We are a small team with complementary expertise in life sciences, health economics, and market access. Together, we support markets in building strong, evidence based value propositions and in navigating reimbursement environments across regions.


Lead Market Access Initiatives Across Markets
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening local reimbursement and access conditions. Key responsibilities include:
•    Supporting subsidiaries and distributor markets with market access and reimbursement activities
•    Providing strategic input to clinical and health economic evidence generation
•    Developing clear, locally tailored value arguments
•    Creating budget impact models to support improved access
•    Identifying and evaluating reimbursement opportunities within Stoma Care and Voice & Respiratory Care
•    Leading and facilitating meetings with colleagues and stakeholders in markets such as Brazil, Japan, and China
•    You will manage several long term, cross functional projects simultaneously, balancing strategic development with operational execution.


Your Experience and Profile
You are proactive, structured, and motivated by working in complex healthcare systems. You thrive in project driven environments, are comfortable working across functions and cultures, and are open to occasional travel and meetings across time zones.


We expect that you:
•    Hold a master’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or a related field
•    Have experience within market access, evidence development, or reimbursement systems
•    Bring strong analytical and scientific capabilities combined with commercial understanding
•    Can translate complex data into clear, compelling arguments
•    Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
•    Can travel 15-25 days per year
