New global programme manager role – help us take our sales effort to the next level

Are you ready to lead a global sales programme that will raise the standards of excellence in a business area that accounts for 80% of our annual turnover?

Then here is a unique opportunity to manage the process of building, launching and further developing a programme we call ASPIRE aimed at our sales organisation within Chronic Care.

You will join Sales Force Excellence, a team of 9 people from 5 countries at varying stages of our careers and with different professional backgrounds. We support 3 sales channels in different roles from both a sales and a customer perspective, and we own the change management of our global CRM system.

Create the framework that will raise our standards
ASPIRE will be a global sales programme where our salespeople will be trained and coached in global standards for sales skills and clinical knowledge, ultimately leading to an ASPIRE certification. 

Your job for the first 9 months will be to develop the structure of the ASPIRE programme. Your colleagues in medically specialised functions and the wider sales organisation will determine the standards (selling skills, clinical skills, etc.) – and we need you is to define the framework for the programme as a whole and the certification specifically. 

Once the standards are in place, you will spend the next year or so continuously onboarding the different local markets. Afterwards, you will be in charge of updating and further developing the ASPIRE standards. 

Furthermore, you will:
-    Collaborate with the sales force excellence managers responsible for the local implementation of ASPIRE – making sure that the local markets follow a unified process with their own relevant adjustments
-    Manage the development of a new learning platform to support the ASPIRE ambition
-    Collaborate with colleagues in the Wound Skin Care business area who are introducing a similar framework with different content

You naturally take ownership of your work and have a proactive attitude. Tight deadlines energise you, and you easily create structure in a workday where the tasks are many and the needs of the different stakeholders are diverse.

Finally, you have a high degree of flexibility when switching your focus from the bigger picture to the more practical details, depending on the situation. 

Professionally, we imagine that you:
-    Have an MSc in economics and business administration or a similar commercial background 
-    Have worked with project management in a global company for a few years – industry experience is a plus, however not at prerequisite
-    Perhaps have experience working with learning and development in a global company
-    Have an interest in working in a digital universe, since the new learning platform will be digital
-    Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a requirement
