In Global Rewards, we are responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all strategic elements related to rewards across our organization, and everything we do is founded on data and data analytics.

You will be key in providing analytics and data-driven insights with a strong focus on Rewards and CSR
As our new Manager, CSR & Rewards Analytics, you will create a solid foundation for CSRD reporting and pay equity analysis and take our Analytics to the next level. 

 

You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Global Rewards & CSR, our HR Data Analyst, and fellow Reward and Analytics colleagues to:
•    Support pay equity and pay transparency initiatives including pay equity analysis in preparation of the EU Directive
•    Support the implementation of CSRD requirements related to Own Workforce on both quantitative and qualitative data points in the Social (Own Workforce) part of our sustainability statement
•    Ensure that people metrics are well-defined, compliant with applicable Directives, documented and consistent throughout Coloplast
•    Understand and collect general P&C data needs and requests from process owners in P&C, create roadmaps and recommend prioritizations
•    Work closely with our Business Centre in Poland to define desired outcomes and optimize our reporting landscape
•    Process workforce data and translate them into insights for Management
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sustainability, finance and IT) to ensure the execution of defined projects.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
•    Bring solid experience in business analytics, project management, people analytics or similar
•    Have a university degree in social sciences, economics, or a related field
•    Bring solid analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative
•    Understand people processes and workforce metrics
•    Have strong communication skills and you can present complex data in a clear and engaging way
•    Might have experience with Power BI and/or SAP SuccessFactors but it is not a requirement

You will work out of our HQ-office in Humlebaek with the option of working from home up to two days per week.
