Laboratory Technician – test your way to health care innovation

Do you want to follow our mature production and late state development projects from beginning to end – and thereby experience how your tests impact final or intermediate products for people with intimate health care needs?
Then join a tight-knit team that knows great results come from shared knowledge – and flexibility when things change.

“Your new job is a great mix between lab work half of the time and being involved in optimizations, stability studies and collaborating with other departments about non-conformances. This will make you an important stakeholder in both our innovation and supply value stream,” says Team Manager Camilla Soltau.

In our book, high quality equals close collaboration
You will join a QA laboratory team consisting of 10 colleagues on our Pilot Plant. Together, we support product development and manufacturing by delivering timely, qualified lab results and ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation.
As a mix of laboratory technicians and a senior test method specialist, we continuously learn from the different skills that we each bring to the table. When priorities shift – which is not uncommon – we navigate together as one team. Because it is our firm belief that the best results come from collaboration.

Turn data into better healthcare – one test at a time
You will play a central role in both development and supply projects by ensuring timely and qualified lab deliverables.

Like both repetitive tasks and ad hoc tasks and shift easily between those, as around half of your time will be in the laboratory, where you work with testing and optimization – and where your results help shape future product improvements. The other half you spend on documentation, quality improvements, and collaboration across departments. You are responsible about your own tasks as part of the team’s performance and common goals.

You will get a varied workday, where you:
-    Perform incoming inspections, tests and releases of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods
-    Carry out chemical and mechanical testing (HPLC, rheology, water absorption, peel testing, etc.) both analytical and basic laboratory tasks.
-    Drive and document root cause investigations and actions of non-conformities and handle change requests
-    Ensure that our processes are updated and compliant with GMP and ISO 13485, and prepare and maintain documentation like instructions, manuals, forms and OPLs
-    Coordinate calibration activities and participate in internal and external audits

You bring experience, curiosity and a collaborative mindset
Taking ownership of your tasks is second nature to you, no matter if you work independently or collaborate with others. Along the way, you pay close attention to details, and you are as committed to delivering high quality results as you are to contributing to a positive and constructive working environment.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:
-    Have a few years of experience as a laboratory technician, preferably within QA/QC
-    Might have experience with QMS-systems and document control system
-    Quality mindset and analytical approach – but being a curious learner is more important
-    Perhaps are used to being audited by authorities or internal colleagues
-    Can communicate fluently in English both spoken and in writing – Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement
