Laboratory Specialist Technician

Location:

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Research & Development
Country/Region:  Denmark

Are you passionate about using your skills as a laboratory technician to develop products that improve lives for people with intimate health care needs?

Join our Adhesive & Actives Laboratory team in Humlebæk, where you’ll work closely with scientists, technicians, and engineers to bring life-changing solutions to market.

“In our lab, your hands-on skills directly influence the products that help people live fuller, more confident lives. Every test and prototype you touch has a real-world impact — and that’s what makes our work so meaningful”, says Team Manager Adhesive & Actives Testing, Mads Lind Knudsen.

Bring your creativity and technical expertise to life
We provide both the critical evidence needed for product documentation and the hands-on insights that drive innovation. From early development stages to product launch support, our laboratory delivers reliable, structured results — with a creative edge.

Join us as an adhesive or wound care technician
As part of our team, you will be trained in a series of test methods and be part of developing new test methods for new projects alongside our Test-Engineer team.
Our work is primarily focused on physical testing of materials and prototypes, rather than chemical analysis or pipette-based laboratory work. If you enjoy hands-on experimentation and mechanical problem-solving, you’ll thrive in our lab environment.

In this role, you will work with:
•    Hands-on testing of new product prototypes
•    Developing and validating new test methods
•    Performance testing of existing products
•    Supporting laboratory optimization and maintenance

Creative lab technician with knowledge of polymer, adhesive or foam technology
As a person, you take a structured approach and maintain a good overview, allowing you to document your test results and communicate them to external stakeholders. You can plan your own time and tasks and are also interested in contributing to the team effort.

We’re looking for someone who:
•    Is a trained Laboratory Technician (Laborant)
•    Works independently and systematically
•    Is comfortable documenting and communicating test results
•    Understands physical and analytical testing methods
•    Is fluent in Danish and / or English

It’s a plus if you:
•    Have experience with polymers, adhesives, or foams
•    Have worked with dynamic mechanical analysis (e.g., Rheometer)
