Welcome to the IT Workplace Services Team
As Junior Assistant, you will be a part of the team ‘IT Workplace Services’ in DD&IT. We are 12 employees in the team, and we are responsible for IT Purchasing, scripting the approved software for our Software Catalogue, device management and imaging of computers and mobile phones, as well as setting the standards for these for Coloplast users globally. On top of this, we are also responsible for the Service Management platform used by our IT colleagues globally. You will be working in a great team atmosphere and in an international work environment, where you will have the support from experienced colleagues in your duties and flexible working hours, allowing you to balance work with your studies.
Your main responsibility will be to work with the team on software approvals and to ensure we are license compliant.
Your responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the ‘approved applications list’
- Understanding license rules per application to ensure compliance
- Monitoring the number of users per application and working closely with the client team to build reporting
- Creating proper documentation per approved application through escalation matrix
- Assist in updating and creating general documentation, training materials, and work instructions
We imagine that you:
- Are studying IT or i.e. Compliance or a similar field
- Have basic technical IT knowledge and an interest in IT
- Have a keen interest in or flair for numbers and analytics
- Have a structured work approach and ability to independently plan and organize tasks and ensure completion
- Are proficient in both written and spoken English
- Are a good communicator and thrive in an informal working environment
- Can work 15 hour per week at our headquarters in Humlebæk
