Are you up for making Coloplast products more sustainable while gaining hands-on experience working in a multinational MedTech company?
Coloplast has set an ambitious new sustainability strategy, Impact4, where we aim to achieve Net Zero, use less materials in our products and packaging and enhance our overall positive impact on the people.
Now we’re looking for a part-time colleague to help us in this work. You will become part of a truly diverse team within the global sustainability department dedicated to delivering on our high sustainability ambitions while we continue to make life easier for people living with intimate health care needs.
You will be part of the Sustainability department responsible for embedding and operationalizing the sustainability strategy across the organisation and supporting on sustainability-related topics across our business areas and strategic business units. Collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders both within and outside Coloplast is key to our success.
Help us drive sustainability on the product level and beyond
As our new Student Assistant, you will have a wide range of tasks and will contribute to integrating sustainability further into our corporate agenda and culture. You will be responsible for:
- Support strategic decision-making by preparing and presenting analyses, such as trend reviews and stakeholder mapping
- Collect and organise market and public insights to inform sustainability initiatives
- Respond to internal and external queries related to sustainability topics
- Assist the department with a variety of ad hoc assignments as needed
As an ideal candidate, you:
- Are finishing your bachelor’s or staring your master’s within a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communication, environmental management)
- Are highly creative with the ability to turn complex information into engaging content
- Are a strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude with a high degree of personal efficiency
- Have an interest in sustainability and willingness to learn more
- Are an experienced user of Power Point, MS Teams and MS Excel
- Speak and write English fluently
- Can work 15-20 hours per week at our headquarters in Humlebæk
