About the Department
The Medical Affairs team in Denmark consists of 14 professionals from diverse nationalities. Our primary role is to engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to address clinical unmet needs and provide evidence supporting the benefits of our therapies, products, and services.
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Assistant to support the Medical Affairs team with:
Administrative support of sites and platforms used by Medical Affairs
• Provide support for the Medical Affairs team on various sites, including maintenance of the Medical Affairs Sharepoint sites and content mapping
• Point of contact for the Medical Affairs team that need support finding, using, uploading or downloading material on the various sites
• Establishment of site overview for educational materials
Support development of evidence overviews
Support evidence updates within Coloplast business areas, including:
• Develop updates on new publications to selected evidence overviews in excel
• Create evidence summaries for identified publications
• Develop quarterly competitor updates on clinical studies
• Support upload of materials for internal sharing
Medical/Scientific Support: Assist with evidence reviews, overviews and presentations.
Meeting Support: Provide administrative and event support adhoc, including:
• Booking of meeting facilities, accommodation, restaurants etc.
• Point of contact for meeting venues and participants
• Meeting minutes.
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in health science, medicine, public health, natural science, or a related field.
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills and data understanding.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Good stakeholder management abilities.
• Ser<vice-minded with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
