As a Jr. Assistant, you work with global planning processes and will be assisting the S&OP team covering a wide range of tasks, ensuring that the global capacity planning process can be performed smoothly.

In Humlebæk, Denmark, you join 8 skilled, energetic and humorous colleagues in our Sales and Operations Planning team. We help each other every day to deliver high quality solutions that are acknowledged throughout Coloplast.

Together, we facilitate a range of major decisions that affect our global capacity situation across manufacturing sites and product brands. Furthermore, we define the global inventory targets and drive the global inventory governance process.

Match production setup and inventory needs
Your job is to assist the S&OP team covering a wide range of tasks like business analysis tasks, Planning system update and maintenance, reporting, creating slide decks for management presentations, etc.

These tasks are essential for the S&OP team to run a smooth capacity planning process, and you will also be involved in various analysis and improvement activities. In short form, your responsibilities will cover:

  • Manage reporting and tool update for all S&OP key processes
  • Planning system update, validation and general maintenance
  • General support to Planning Managers in the S&OP team with excel based business analysis and setting up of new tools
  • Create presentations for management meetings with sales vs forecast graphs, supply & demand overview, risk matrix, etc.
  • Structure and organise our Sharepoint team site
  • Participate in various projects as business analyst


You are a collaborative and curious Jr. Assistant    

  • In the second half of a higher education, for instance Master of Science within Supply Chain & Production, Business Analytics, Cand Merc Supply Chain, etc.
  • Holistic business understanding
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes and planning methodologies
  • Skilled Excel user and preferably experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Sharepoint
  • You are analytical and curious to understand our business from one end to the other
  • You speak and write English effortlessly
