As a Jr. Assistant, you work with global planning processes. You will support the S&OP team in our Capacity planning process, so they can ensure full transparency in our capacity and machine investment need. We promise you a steep learning curve and broad business understanding related to our capacity management process and inventory development.

In Humlebæk, Denmark, you join 8 skilled, energetic and humorous colleagues in our Sales and Operations Planning team. We help each other every day to deliver high quality solutions that are acknowledged throughout Coloplast.
Together, we facilitate a range of major decisions that affect our global capacity and manufacturing footprint situation across manufacturing sites, suppliers and product brands. Furthermore, we define the global inventory targets and drive the global inventory governance process.

Your new job 

The S&OP process is a key process in Coloplast securing that we have full transparency in our capacity, footprint and inventory development. 

 

As Jr. Assistant your main responsibilities are to:

  • Manage reporting and tool update for all key S&OP processes
  • Planning system update, validation and general maintenance
  • General support to Planning Managers in the S&OP team with excel based business analysis and setting up of new tools
  • Create presentations for management meetings with sales vs forecast graphs, supply & demand overview, risk matrix, etc.
  • Participate in various projects as business analyst

 

A key element in the job is to work proactively and to be able to work on both a detailed level and an aggregated level. In order to be successful in this job you need to be able to evaluate when details are necessary and when assumptions can be made without changing the overall conclusion. We are looking for someone you can work around 15-20 hours pr. week. 

 

 You are a collaborative and curious    

  • In the second half of a higher education, for instance Master of Science within Supply Chain and Production, Cand Merc Supply Chain, etc.
  • Skilled Excel user and preferably experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • You are analytical and curious to understand our business from one end to the other
  • You speak and write English effortlessly
