We are now looking for a Jr. Assistant to join our high-performing international team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning, forecasting, and performance management within a truly global supply chain environment.

The Sales & Operations and Forecasting teams are central functions within our Global Supply Chain where we work on the foundation of a well-functioning Supply Chain in Coloplast. To succeed in the role, it is important you have interest and flair for working with big datasets and complex systems and that you can transform data into valuable insights.

What You Will Be Doing
As part of our Sales & Operations and Forecasting & Performance team, you will support daily operations and contribute to long-term improvements of our global planning processes. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the accuracy and transparency of forecasts, capacity plans, and inventory levels that drive decision-making across the organization.'
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the global Sales & Operations Planning process by securing transparency in capacity, footprint, and inventory development.
• Supporting the global Forecasting & Performance process, by working with volume forecasts across all business areas and sales regions, contributing to accurate and reliable planning inputs.
• Validating and uploading forecast data for new product launches, market expansions, and business updates in our end-to-end planning system (OMP+).
• Developing and maintaining reporting tools in Excel and Power BI to track forecast accuracy and support business insights.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making at both local and global levels.
• Preparing materials for cross-functional meetings, demand reviews, and management presentations.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Analytics to align planning activities.

We are seeking a motivated, structured, and curious individual with a strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
To succeed in the role, you should:
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain, Production, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Having strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus (or strong motivation to learn).
• Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Be comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful insights.
• Write and speak English fluently (Danish is not required).
• Show an open-minded, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
