Jr. Assistant: Pricing & Trade

At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will be joining our Pricing & Trade team, which is part of Payers & Evidence in Global Innovation. Here, you and 5 dedicated colleagues work with Strategic Pricing on our new launches and support various business cases and opportunities. Together, we ensure that we set the right prices for our new products and monitor the prices throughout the product lifecycle. Doing so, you collaborate closely with stakeholders across our global organisation such as our sales regions, subsidiaries, marketing, market access and public affairs department. The position as Jr. Assistant is part time 15-20 hours weekly, with flexibility in relation to your studies. You will refer to the Head of the Pricing team.

The position - Be part of pricing new products and support pricing related business cases

The Pricing team is a central function within Coloplast where we work on the foundation for well-functioning Pricing strategies in Coloplast. To succeed in the role, it is important you have interest and flair for working with datasets, systems and presentations. 


As a Pricing Jr. Assistant your main responsibilities are to:

  • Work with pricing strategies and support various pricing business cases.
  • Maintenance and improvement of the internal Pricing systems / databases.
  • Develop reporting in Power BI and Excel to support the Pricing processes and governance.
  • Support the team in creating/updating management presentations.
  • General support to Pricing managers.

Qualifications - Analytical mindset and eager to learn

You are about to start on your Masters degree and still have 1,5 - 2 years left of studying, for example Master of Science within Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, etc. Furthermore, we expect you to be:

•    Analytical with solid problem-solving skills.
•    Super user in Excel, and if you do not already have experience with Power BI, your flair for new systems and tools ensures that you can easily get to know the data visualisation tool.
•    Able to speak and write English at a high level, to enable communication worldwide.
•    A strong team player who can both initiate and finish tasks independently.


The key to success is your eagerness to learn, your open-minded personality and strong stakeholder management skills.
