We search for and share information 
Joining our search and analytics team, Knowledge Center, at the Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of a dedicated team. We welcome you to a very collaborative environment where we support all Coloplast business areas through literature, technology, concept, and competitor searching.

 

We help retrieve information, identify trends, and contribute to product evaluation and development. Being part of Group IP, we also support finding information relevant for patent drafting, clearance, and validity evaluation.

Support innovation by diving into literature 
In this role, you will take charge of literature searches, information retrieval, and copyright compliance. You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external innovation partners.
 
You will also participate in project meetings to understand the technology and project goals. Additionally, you will mentor and train stakeholders in search and analysis tools while ensuring global awareness of copyright compliance.
 
Your key tasks include:

  • Providing information retrieval and document delivery
  • Providing technology and business intelligence
  • Negotiating copyright agreements, including with third-party publishers, collecting societies, and other copyright owners or representatives of copyright owners
  • Ensuring global awareness of copyright compliance
  • Staying on top of new searching and analytic possibilities

 
Research enthusiast, ready to explore new technologies
The key to your success is your ability to work systematically with a clear sense of detail and, at the same time, be ready to advise and consult with others across a global organisation in a set-up where the tasks cover all Coloplast business areas. 
You should also be curious and open-minded, with the ability to see new opportunities in the fast-developing field of information retrieval.
 
Moreover, we imagine that you:
 

  • Hold a master’s degree in library and information science, science, or engineering
  • Have solid experience with searching and query languages
  • Have knowledge about business intelligence and digital competences
  • Know how to advise and consult with others across a global organisation
  • Have some copyright knowledge
  • Speak English effortlessly

 
Knowledge of the MedTech or life sciences industry is a plus but not a requirement.
