We know quality
Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will be taking the lead as head of our QA Project Management team. The team consists of 10 experienced QA project managers who – as representatives for the GQRA organisation – play an active and leading role in Innovation projects to deliver high-quality products across ostomy, continence, bowel and wound care. 


The team manages the GQRA project workstream in Innovation projects and ensure compliance as well as effective design transfer from the early concepting phase to manufacturing. Doing so, they play an important role in securing compliance and a great quality set-up enabling world-class volume production. 


“The team navigates the scope of project management on one hand, and quality, innovation and compliance on the other. This makes for a very unique combination and requires a holistic approach,” Troels explains.


Proactively manage stakeholders and set the direction for your team
As the Head of QA Project Management, your main task will be to manage your team and ensure the professional and personal development of each team member. Setting a clear direction in terms of quality and innovation, you will support your team in their daily tasks with a hands-on approach. 


Also, you will be navigating a comprehensive and integral stakeholder landscape, collaborating closely with key stakeholders in R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and our global production sites. 


Moreover, you will be responsible for:
•    Ensuring your team has the right skills and capabilities in place
•    Managing the project portfolio as well as defining, setting and following up on annual objectives for the QA Project Management team
•    Ensuring compliance with local and international quality standards and legislation 
•    Ensuring global alignment of key quality and regulatory activities within innovation projects
•    Optimising cross-functional processes  


Solid people manager and experience with quality
The key to your success is your ability to direct, develop and engage your team, while proactively reaching out to, managing and aligning projects across stakeholders. Also, you know how to navigate a world of rules and regulations.


Moreover, we imagine that you: 
•    Are an experienced people manager
•    Have experience working with quality from a production or R&D environment within the medical device industry, ideally combined with hands-on project management experience
•    Are familiar with ISO 13485 and related global regulatory landscape 
•    Have excellent networking skills 
•    Can communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English
