We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Marketing to lead our portfolio marketing team within Continence Care and drive an integrated, end‑to‑end approach to portfolio positioning, communication, and execution. About the role
In this key role, you will lead the Portfolio Marketing team and drive a coherent commercial approach across our portfolio, including Luja™ and SpeediCath®.
You will translate portfolio priorities into clear selling direction, ensuring that communication and execution are aligned with overall business strategy, growth ambitions, and market needs. You will play a pivotal role in developing a global portfolio and solution selling framework, global campaigns, frontline training tools to strengthening our brands, our commercial execution and enabling markets to succeed.

The position is part of the Continence Care Marketing leadership team and requires close collaboration across functions and geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Portfolio Marketing team
- Drive an end‑to‑end portfolio approach across products and services—including communication to both HCPs and users, solution selling, and commercial execution
- Translate strategic priorities into clear and actionable go‑to‑market direction
- Develop HCP and consumer communication strategies based on strong market insights
- Plan and execute global marketing campaigns with focus on impact and ROI
- Build and drive a cross‑channel strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with markets and strengthen stakeholder collaboration globally
- Drive brand building initiatives to increase awareness, preference, and loyalty
- Facilitate best practice sharing across markets and HQ
- Ensure strong internal communication and alignment on marketing initiatives
Who you are
You bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead through influence in a global organisation.
Your background
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar
- 5–10+ years’ experience within marketing, consulting, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record in leading complex, global projects
- Experience in healthcare and/or sales is an advantage
- Experience working in international environments is a requirement
