We are looking for a new Head of Marketing to lead the team responsible for our OC portfolio of Mature and Supporting Products. This role is instrumental in making sure we maintain momentum across our product portfolio, build strong brands and deliver impactful launches and marketing campaigns. It is a highly strategic role that impacts our global direction and is a key member of the OC leadership team.
We set the direction globally
You will become part of the Product, Marketing and Development organization and the OC business area that is responsible for setting the direction for our offerings and bring our strategy to life across the world. We support both healthcare professionals in delivering the right care for their patients, and we support people with intimate health care needs to live life more freely.
Own the portfolio growth
You will be responsible for your own portfolio of brands, setting the strategic direction and supporting the growth across channels together with your team. You will be identifying and responding to growth opportunities and develop state of the art marketing initiatives to make this come to life for real business impact.
Develop and lead
You will be responsible for your own team of engaged colleagues that are eager to continue to learn and grow. You will be expected to grow the capabilities and competencies of your team, and provide the support needed for them to stay motivated and succeed in their roles. You will be setting the direction of your area while ensuring a strong fit with the rest of the business area.
Experienced and enthusiastic
With your strong strategic mindset, deep understanding of marketing and excellent analytical and communication skills, you are not afraid of taking responsibility and showing the way. You have a proven track record with leading larger projects and bringing people with you. Experience in people management is an advantage but most importantly, you are eager to show results through others, and you are mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration.
Your qualifications:
• Master’s degree in economics or marketing or similar
• 5-10+ years of business experience within Global/Local/Strategic Marketing
• Experience in people management and in Health Care is an advantage
• Experience in leading large complex projects in a global/local organisation
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with extensive experience within marketing, communication and brand management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish not a requirement
