Help shape the future of Life Cycle Management
We are looking for a leader to lead Life Cycle Management for our Continence Care and Bowel Care portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Life Cycle Management, you will lead a team of 10 highly skilled Risk Managers and Product Support Specialists across Denmark and Hungary and be responsible for ensuring the continued performance, compliance, and availability of our established CC & BC products throughout their lifecycle.
As Head of LCM CC & BC, you will serve as the primary quality partner to the business area and play a central role in balancing quality, compliance, supply, operational performance, and business priorities.
Lead a global Life Cycle Management team
As a member of the LCM Leadership Team, you will collaborate with leaders across business areas to align priorities, strengthen ways of working, and contribute to the continued development of the LCM function.
A key part of the role is balancing quality, compliance, supply, operational performance, and business priorities. You will help create alignment across stakeholders and support databased decision-making that meets both short-term business needs and long-term objectives.
The role includes up to 25 travel days per year, primarily between our Danish and Hungarian locations and key manufacturing sites.
Develop people and capabilities
Life Cycle Management is an area of increasing strategic importance, and you will play a key role in developing both people and organizational capabilities.
By creating clarity, accountability, and strong collaboration, you will enable your team to deliver high-impact results while continuously improving how we work across functions and sites.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of Risk Managers and Product Support Specialists
- Owning lifecycle management activities for established CC & BC products and acting as the primary quality point of contact for the business area
- Driving product improvements, CAPAs, remediation activities, and business continuity initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with design control, risk management, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Setting priorities and allocating resources to support business needs
- Driving cross-functional decision-making and continuous improvement across functions, sites, and business area

We imagine that you:
- Have experience within Quality Management, Product Development, Life Cycle Management, Operations, or a related discipline
- Have demonstrated leadership capabilities through people, project, or technical leadership
- Have experience from the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry
- Have a strong understanding of products, processes, and business needs
- Have the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Take a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
