Coloplast is searching for a dynamic leader to step into the role of Head of ERP for Global Sales and Finance within our Digital, Data & IT department. A unique role with plenty of opportunities to influence Coloplast’s digital transformation journey.
In other words, your role will entail:
- Lead ERP Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking ERP strategy to support Coloplast’s global sales and finance operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for growth.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead ERP initiatives that enhance business efficiency, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities for value creation. Think orchestrations, automated testing, vendor engagement.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, IT, and regional leaders, to design and implement robust ERP solutions that drive results across 50+ different markets.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee the global ERP landscape, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and best practices while managing risks and costs effectively.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of ERP specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across a variety of hybrid and remote work locations.
A passionate, results-driven leader with:
- Extensive ERP Expertise: Proven experience in managing ERP systems (e.g., JDE/E1) for global sales and finance operations, maybe you are an experienced team lead looking to level up?
- Strategic Vision: Ability to connect technology with business strategy, ensuring ERP solutions deliver measurable impact, delivery team opportunities and high value within the constraints we have. Think master data/global processes/med tech compliance.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong track record of leading diverse teams, managing stakeholders, and driving large-scale ERP transformations or M&A activity.
- Analytical and Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity, risks and the unknown and where appropriate make data-driven decisions.
- Global Perspective: Experience in a multinational enterprise, with an understanding of regional nuances and localisations and global operations.
