Head of Distribution Processes and Supply Chain ERP

Location:

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Supply & Logistics
Country/Region:  Denmark

Do you want to lead a global team of specialists, supporting the standardisation of processes and optimisation of systems within the Coloplast Supply Chain organisation?

Earlier this year, we merged Global Supply Chain with our Distribution organization in Europe. As part of this change, we have established a new department called Supply Chain Excellence that will support the journey of implementing and developing global process standards and increasing the use of global systems. To support this journey, we have created two new global teams, where Distribution Processes and Supply Chain ERP is one of them. As Head of Distribution Processes and Supply Chain ERP, you will lead an international team of 6-10 distribution and process specialists. The team supports the creation of standardised procedures and optimisation of existing systems and processes for distribution in Coloplast. As the Global Process Owner (GPO) for distribution, you will be responsible for ongoing development and continuous improvements while maintaining our existing processes, governance and system setup.

“Over the last years, we have been on a global standardisation journey, and the high process maturity within Distribution is anchored in several programmes and initiatives, which you will be responsible for sustaining and further developing,” explains Helle Skøtt, Director of Supply Chain Excellence.

Lead a remote team and ensure cross-functional collaboration
Your primary focus will be on people management and team development, fostering engagement through clear goal setting, defined roles and responsibilities, structured project planning and effective communication.

In addition to leading your team, you will be responsible for all Supply Chain developments in our global ERP system (Oracle EnterpriseOne). This includes coordinating E1 system implementations – RFCs, PQ scripting and testing, go-live activities and hyper care – in close collaboration with relevant departments and our Global Digital, Data & IT organization.

Among your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive the development, documentation and implementation of improvements in line with global programs and ISO standards, as well as internal quality requirements
  • Establish a structured system for efficient progress reporting to management
  • Ensure proper system documentation of both existing and new functionalities
  • Anchor E1 system knowledge across the organisation by, e.g., developing effective training tools and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant sections of our Quality and EHS standards

With team members based across Europe and the UK, you should expect regular international travel, depending on project needs, to maintain a strong face-to-face engagement with your team members.

Experienced leader with a focus on process optimisation and standardisation
You bring a strong ability to lead a team of experts, drive progress and deliver results in complex, global environments. Your analytical mindset and change management capabilities enable you to confidently navigate transformation, while your excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills ensure alignment at all levels, including upper management.

Your background includes:

  • 5+ years of experience with process standardisation and process ownership
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, ideally including remote team management
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, standardisation and continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 13485 and 45001)
  • Broad supply chain knowledge, including knowledge of distribution and warehouse management processes
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and how these are linked to business processes
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
