Head of Commercial Projects, Products, Marketing & Development (Chronic Care Commercial)
Humlebæk, DK

Join a high-performing team with broad leadership exposure
Now you have the opportunity to lead a high-performing and impactful Commercial Projects team within our Commercial Development organization.
As Head of Commercial Projects, you will lead and develop the Commercial Projects team and take overall accountability for a portfolio of commercial projects spanning both global initiatives and country projects with our subsidiaries. This is a true player/coach role: you will both lead the team and step in as an executive project lead on selected initiatives - driving key deliverables hands-on while ensuring strong execution through the team. You will set direction, ensure strong performance, and make a real difference in an international environment, working closely with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders.
Make an impact for our subsidiaries and grow your career in Coloplast
The Commercial Projects team consists of five team members, typically in the early stages of their career. As their leader, you will coach and develop the team, set a clear direction and ways of working, and ensure we act as a strong partner to our subsidiaries—focusing on how to drive growth and efficiencies and help pave the way for local execution. To ensure close collaboration with the markets, we value being on site; therefore, you can expect approximately 40 days of travel per year.
With exposure to diverse projects and subsidiaries, you will gain invaluable experience and expertise, making you an ideal future candidate for one of our commercial teams at Coloplast, including opportunities abroad in our subsidiaries.
Lead the team and drive impact by
• Leading, coaching and developing the Commercial Projects team (incl. sparring, feedback, performance and day-to-day prioritization)
• Owning and prioritising the team’s project portfolio across subsidiaries and global initiatives to ensure focus, impact and timely delivery
• Driving high-impact country projects (e.g., business cases, country strategies, sales force productivity projects, go-to-market strategies) through structured problem solving and strong governance
• Partnering with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders as a trusted advisor—co-creating actionable recommendations and enabling successful local execution
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
• Bring solid experience with strategy or business development; typically 7+ years from management consulting, strategy, business analytics or corporate development roles
• Have proven leadership experience (formal or informal), with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, paired with strong communication skills in fluent English
• Excel in portfolio and project governance, with a proven track record of delivering complex commercial projects through others
• Possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to engage senior global and local stakeholders as a trusted strategic sparring partner
• Are a team player with positive energy that can handle a wide range of activities in parallel
• Hold a master/MBA degree; ideally covering a balance of quantitative and qualitative disciplines
• Are a Microsoft Office super user; in particular Excel and PowerPoint
