Reporting to the VP of North Central Europe and based in Humlebæk, you will replace our current Head of ComEx, who has been promoted internally. You will join the North Central Europe region, comprising 7 sales subsidiaries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)—advanced and successful markets with high engagement and collaboration.

As the right hand to the VP, you will lead strategic and commercial projects, extend the VP’s capacity, and accelerate decision-making and execution. You will define, develop, and lead Commercial Excellence processes through analysis across Sales, Consumer, Marketing, and ComEx teams, directly impacting performance and efficiency. You will also drive governance for the region, including country visits, management gatherings, Annual Business Plan (ABP) processes, and collaboration hubs.

This role offers broad exposure to senior management and deep operational insight.

  • Global Commercial Excellence functions (ensuring local adaptation of global strategy)
  • Commercial Finance and Development functions

 

Functional Accountability

You will ensure alignment between global and local commercial excellence strategies to support our mission and sales growth ambitions. Key responsibilities include:

 

Commercial Process Optimization

  • Set standards for NCE commercial processes (S&T, account planning, performance management, incentives)
  • Support local organizations in tracking and working with leading indicators
  • Implement analysis with Sales, Consumer, and Marketing teams to support process work
  • Proactively identify and develop key commercial processes

 

Sales Training Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of the sales training framework (solution selling) for both field and consumer sales
  • Ensure training programs are comprehensive and impactful
  • Collaborate with the Senior Nordic Sales Trainer and local management on focus areas and training plans

 

Operational ComEx, Financial Analysis, and Ad Hoc Support

  • Provide operational and analytical support to countries with limited local ComEx resources
  • Run sales and performance reports, support country reviews, and assist with strategy work

 

Project Management Office (PMO) & Strategic Planning

  • Shape and drive the business development agenda with the VP
  • Support or lead strategic projects and business cases from research to implementation
  • Coordinate and support ABP processes, ensuring focus, coherence, and adherence to deadlines and standards
  • Propose and follow up on KPIs

 

Meetings and Knowledge Sharing

  • Lead NCE country reviews and support development of country visits
  • Organize NCE management meetings and off-sites with the VP
  • Support Monthly Performance Packages and participate in performance reviews
  • Ensure knowledge sharing between countries and HQ, primarily via collaboration hubs
  • Support the consumer journey and share insights across countries
  • Help design NCE Collaboration Hubs to build culture and synergies

 

Leadership

  • Provide direction and leadership to a diverse, high-performing team
  • Foster a team spirit among members with varied responsibilities
  • Manage workloads across multiple projects
  • Develop team members for future roles

 

What You Bring

  • MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, commercial development, commercial excellence, and/or finance from consulting or large companies
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong communicator at all organizational levels, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of planning and the big picture
  • Analytical and technical skills: able to organize and analyze data from multiple sources, both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Effective decision-maker, able to challenge the status quo and create best practices
  • Quick learner with high intellectual capacity and common sense
  • Curiosity to understand performance trends and drive improvement
  • Positive contributor to our culture, with a good sense of humor and passion
  • Valid passport, fluent in English (verbal and written); additional local languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel 30–40 days per year
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); CRM and PowerBI experience is an advantage
