Lead and develop a newly established specialist team
From our HQ in Humlebæk, you will lead 9 skilled colleagues with deep knowledge of biomedical interfaces between products and the body, within gastrointestinal tract, lower urinary tract and the skin. The team contributes to the technology development in the future solutions across Continence Care, Ostomy Care, Bowel Care, and Wound & Tissue Repair.
As people manager, you will help the team find its standing, build strong ways of working and collaborate closely with project teams, the other Technology Development departments and the Chief Principal Scientist within Biomedical Interface, who sets the strategic direction for the scientific area.

You will also join the Technology Development leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and helping strengthen how we lead, mature and deliver future technologies.

Encourage strong stakeholder relationships and position the team to contribute effectively across projects and exploration activities.

Remove roadblocks, encourage ownership and support collaboration with internal and external partners.

You are an experienced people leader who communicates clearly, listens actively and creates a psychologically safe environment where employees feel empowered to speak up, take responsibility and develop.
You know how to build trust, align expectations and help a specialist team succeed across a complex stakeholder landscape.
