Commercial Process Manager – drive global sales processes

Would you like to define, develop and drive commercial processes for the Health Care Professional Segment and be responsible for your own work streams in significant commercial and digital projects?


Get onboard a newly established team with key process experts and touchpoints in our sales regions across our business whilst cooperating closely with global process owners, sales, marketing and digital functions.

Join a team with a global perspective

You will be part of the Customer Operations team, which is one of the teams in our Consumer & Digital Channels department, consisting of seven colleagues with various backgrounds and nationalities.

Process ownership in close collaboration with the markets

Together with the Global Process Owner, you will be supporting our sales processes across digital platforms and our CRM database and drive the overall process roadmap for our Health Care Professional (HCP) Customers. 


The position is twofold. You will drive short-term process development and adoption, including understanding the business needs of our markets and finding process solutions that are scalable as well as pragmatic to implement and adopt. At the same time, you will co-create and drive the vision for our new go-to-market-model.


In your efforts, you will work closely with the sales subsidiaries to gather input for improvements in e.g., Salesforce, ensure alignment between IT and business needs, and eventually be responsible for implementation across all markets. At the same time, you will be the expert and sparring partner to Commercial Development on how to realise the future HCP growth model strategy from a process point of view.


Thus, you will be juggling several stakeholders and driving process development and projects across different markets.


International profile who can manage a diverse group of stakeholders

You have a good understanding of commercial processes, platforms and databases. Our ambitions are high within this area, and accordingly, your challenge will be to prioritise between business needs whilst ensuring progress in deliverables.


Furthermore, it is necessary that you

  • Have at least a couple of years of experience from a similar role working with digital and/or commercial processes
  • Have strong business acumen and analytical competencies 
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Can manage stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, from senior management to a sales representative, and have personal impact
  • Are a team player with an innovative mindset to solve complex problems
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken). Danish is not necessary
  • Are a super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and have experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
