At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our highly ambitious Continence Care Marketing team, which is responsible for setting the global direction for the Continence Care portfolio and bringing our strategy to life across the world.

 

Acting at a global level, you will have a high level of interaction both with our local subsidiaries, across the headquarter teams as well as with external marketing agencies. You will furthermore be part of the broader Global Products, Marketing & Development team which also includes our other business areas.

 

Lead successful branding initiatives

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for your own brands, developing brand marketing strategies, creating global marketing campaigns and initiatives on the existing portfolio while ensuring successful launches. Specifically, you will be setting the direction and supporting the growth of our SpeediCath® portfolio which has a wide range of intermittent catheter solutions for both men and women.

 

Primarily towards Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), you will develop impactful marketing strategies and execute successful marketing initiatives for brands currently on the market as well as ensuring successful launches going forward. This includes brand marketing strategy, positioning, brand communication, on- and off-line campaign development, budgeting, launch tracking etc.

 

More specifically, you will:

• Set the strategic direction and be responsible for driving the growth of SpeediCath®

• Develop and lead global marketing campaigns and growth initiatives for sustained commercial impact in close collaboration with markets and HQ colleagues

• Prepare countries for new product launches and secure launch readiness

• Ensure best-practice-sharing and strong collaboration with subsidiaries and agencies as well as between departments in our headquarters

• Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities

 

Experienced and driven marketing professional

With your excellent communication skills and your broad marketing experience, you know how to develop impactful portfolio marketing strategies and transform them into meaningful content executed across multiple channels. You also master the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you probably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with lots of stakeholders.

 

Also, as you will be managing a wide variety of processes concurrently, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive, creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. Likewise, you will need to bring into play your solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth potential.

Finally, you bring:

 

• A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or similar

• Some years of experience in marketing, communication and brand management, preferably within the medical industry, FMCG or from an advertising agency, preferably with experience working in both global and local roles

• A proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and product launches across multiple markets

• A well-stocked on- and offline marketing toolbox

• Experience with managing budgets and working with forecasts and sales analyses

• Flexibility to travel to subsidiaries and customers approx. 15-20 days annually

• Fluency in English is a must. Danish skills not required
