Global IT Project Manager

Humlebæk, DK

Job Family:  Information Technology
Country/Region:  Denmark

Can you orchestrate the implementation of tomorrow’s IT solutions on a global scale? Do you want to develop the workflow of a company that makes a difference for people with intimate health care needs?

Then you might be the one to utilise your communicative skills and technical know-how to assess where we can improve our IT services and apply changes to our global IT set-up.

“You will lead complex international projects with a variety of stakeholders involved, and thereby have a huge influence on how we work as a global enterprise,” says Director of IT Project Management & Test Henrik Madsen

About the department
You will gain 7 new colleagues in the IT Project Management & Test team. 3 of them are project managers, with whom you can share knowledge. 3 are working as a test team, helping you secure the quality of your projects.

Located at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will be physically close to major decision-makers while being connected to important stakeholders from across the globe. Thus, you will have a big impact on how we improve our global IT landscape.

The job
With a significant amount of interaction with representatives from Global Business Support, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders, you will localise development potential, interpret business needs and mature existing business ideas. But this is only the beginning.

“Your responsibility is end to end. Working on multiple projects at a time, you will not only be responsible for projects being implemented, but properly used and accepted as well,” says Henrik Madsen.

The projects vary a lot but could be something like redesigning an existing or implementing a new solution, e.g. a document handling system – or a quality assurance system. The latter is something you will work with often, as we are an ISO-certified health care product manufacturer subject to regulative demands. Demands that require your projects in general to have a strong focus on quality, control and documentation.

You are a communicative extraordinaire combined with a high level of business acumen. You can explain complex issues on different levels of understanding, you have a feel for how to approach different persons, and you can talk to people in and constructive and inspiring way – this will make the implantation of your projects run smoothly in our multicultural environment. Understanding how to actively listen and ask the right questions is in your toolbox as well. You use those skills combined with your fine-tuned analytical sense to make sure that your projects are based on the right foundation.

Additionally, we imagine that you possess:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering or similar
  • 7+ years of IT programme or project management experience in a global organisation
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of governance models and GxP medical device environments.

If you would like to know more about the position, please call Director of IT Project Management & Test Henrik Madsen on +45 4911 1375.

We will take candidates into the recruitment process continuously, so do not hesitate to apply. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.
